Assets
Fixed-asset register with depreciation posted monthly by itself, warranty, location and holder; maintenance plans; and the fleet: mileage and fuel log, papers and licences with their expiry.
What you can do with it on Monday
- 1
A fixed-asset register: depreciation posts itself monthly, and a disposal records its gain or loss.
- 2
The fleet: mileage and fuel log, maintenance plans, papers and licences flagged as they expire.
- 3
Which machine is where and with whom — one column, not a round of emails.

Common questions
What happens to my data if I switch Assets off?
Its screens leave the menu and its addresses stop opening, but nothing is deleted: switch it back on and everything is where you left it.
Can I try it?
Yes. It is a paid module, but from the Free plan you can try it for 3 days on your own data, once — or every module at once with the 14-day trial. Neither needs a card.
Start free, pay for what you need
The core CRM is free for good, with no card; you can try every paid module for 14 days. If it doesn't suit you, export everything and leave — the data stays yours.
