A CSV out of the old system, a column mapping here, and your contacts are in place. The guides also say what the file does not carry — better known now than before the first campaign.

Migrating from MiniCRM.hu
MiniCRM.hu exports contacts as CSV; here, Contacts → Import takes them. Their column names depend on how your modules' fields are set up, so the table below shows the typical names rather than a fixed schema — the importer recognises Hungarian and English headers on its own, and you map the rest.
Migrating from Pipedrive
Pipedrive exports People and Organizations separately. The People export carries the organisation's name, so one file is enough for contacts and companies.
Migrating from HubSpot
HubSpot's contact export uses property labels as headers. The default English labels are below; most map themselves.
The columns the importer accepts
It recognises Hungarian and English headers, so most columns map themselves and you assign the rest in the mapping step. Anything not listed here can be a custom field, which the importer then offers as a target.

A blank cell never wipes anything: a missing value does not overwrite what the CRM already holds. The email address is unique within the company, so re-importing a corrected file updates rather than duplicates — as long as “update existing” is on.
