What you can do with it on Monday
- 1
When this happens, do that — drawn on a canvas, not listed.
- 2
Waits, branches and repeats: the flow really branches.
- 3
A dry run that marks where it would have stopped.
More in Marketing
- CampaignsEmail and SMS sends to a list. Texting comes with the plan's SMS allowance; a STOP reply opts out.
- ListsStatic and dynamic segments — a product's buyers, an event's attendees, members and subscribers too, while that module is on.
- TemplatesReusable email bodies.
- FormsEmbeddable forms that create a contact — and, if you choose, open a ticket or register for an event.
- SurveysNPS, satisfaction and short questionnaires for customers, with a review request.
- EventsVenue, ticket types, attendees and vendors on one event — a paid ticket becomes an invoice or a cash entry.
- Social plannerSchedule posts to the company's social profiles — Facebook pages and Instagram are published for you, the rest remind you.
- ReputationAsk customers for reviews by email or SMS — the answer is a rating plus comment, and happy customers get pointed at the public page.
- ReferralsReferral codes for customers and staff — a new person carrying ?ref= lands as a lead, and the reward can be loyalty points or a gift card.
- FunnelsOrdered page steps — landing, offer, checkout — with drop-off measured from site visits.
Common questions
What happens to my data if I switch Automations off?
Its screens leave the menu and its addresses stop opening, but nothing is deleted: switch it back on and everything is where you left it.
Can I try it?
Yes. It is a paid module, but from the Free plan you can try it for 3 days on your own data, once — or every module at once with the 14-day trial. Neither needs a card.
Does it need another module?
Yes: it cannot work without Lists, so switching it on switches that on too.
Start free, pay for what you need
The core CRM is free for good, with no card; you can try every paid module for 14 days. If it doesn't suit you, export everything and leave — the data stays yours.
