Plans and billing

The trial is the paid plan with a clock on it: 5000 contacts, 5 users, 500 emails a month, every feature. Somebody evaluating the product should meet the product, not a crippled version.

Limits are checked before a create, and the refusal is a sentence rather than a 500. The monthly email counter is one row per company per month, so it does not slow down with the number of messages.

Expiry

An expired trial goes read-only — it deletes and hides nothing, and export keeps working. Holding records hostage is not a growth tactic.

A failed charge is usually a bank problem. The workspace stays writable, a banner says the date, and only after 14 days does it go read-only. A successful charge restores it from any of those states.

The invoice for the subscription

A Hungarian customer needs a NAV-reported invoice from the seller, not a card receipt. Every successful charge raises an invoice in the provider's own organisation, through the same path as your invoices — there is one place that talks to Számlázz.hu.
