Time tracking and billing

Time → New entry, or from the deal page. Minutes are recorded, never hours: "1h45" as a decimal is 1.7499999…, which then rounds onto a legal document. An integer cannot drift; it becomes hours once, on the invoice.

Billing

1. 1On the deal page, Bill time collects the entries not yet billed.
2. 2One line per rate, not per entry — the customer agreed a rate, not a diary, and forty fifteen-minute lines is not an invoice anybody reads.
3. 3The entry is stamped with the invoice id and that is never cleared; the update runs only if it was still empty. Two people pressing Bill at once cannot bill the same hour twice.
