Agency and services
An agency: quote, project, hours, invoice
The quote becomes a project with a budget and milestones, the team logs time to the minute, and approved hours land on one invoice grouped by rate.

- 3
Time
Time logged to the minute, approved weekly, weeks locked.
- 4
Invoice
An hour can be billed only once; monthly retainers draft their own invoices as subscriptions.

Common questions
Can an hour be billed twice?
No. A time entry takes the invoice's id when it is billed, and the update only succeeds while it was still empty — two people pressing the button at once cannot bill it twice.
