Private clinic
A clinic: appointments, charts and invoices in one place
Patients book on your website, the chart is stored encrypted with every opening logged, and the visit becomes an invoice or a cash entry.
A day in the system
- 1
Booking on the website
A page per service, never two patients for one doctor or one room; when it is full, a waiting list that is told when a slot frees.
- 2
The chart, encrypted
TAJ number, allergies, prescriptions, lab results; correcting an entry keeps its history, and every opening is logged.
- 3
Video consultation
By appointment; the join link is emailed to the patient and the note goes on the chart after the call.
- 4
Invoice and feedback
A completed visit becomes a draft invoice; an automation asks a satisfaction question a few days later.

Common questions
How is the chart protected?
The chart is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM — a database dump or backup does not reveal it — and every opening is logged. Roles and record scope decide who may open it.
