Claude

claude.ai on the web, the desktop app and the mobile apps.

  1. 1On Free, Pro or Max: Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. On Team and Enterprise an Owner adds it for the organisation: Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom (type: Web).
  2. 2Server URL: https://minicrm.dfieldsolutions.hu/api/mcp. Authentication: sign in (OAuth). If the dialog asks about the OAuth client, choose Register automatically; no client ID or secret is needed.
  3. 3Add, then Connect: Claude sends you to the HelloTeam CRM sign-in (including your second factor if you have one).
  4. 4Choose the company, decide whether the assistant may also make changes, and allow it. On Team and Enterprise every member connects with their own account.
  5. 5In a chat, turn it on or off under the + button → Connectors.

Security

  • The assistant signs in as you: it sees exactly what you can, by your role, your record scope ("only my own records") and field rules.
  • You decide whether it only reads or may also make changes. A read-only account's assistant only reads.
  • Every change is recorded in the audit log in your name, naming the assistant.
  • Revoke it at any time in Settings → AI assistants. An administrator sees and can revoke every connection in the company.
  • Tokens are stored only as hashes; an access token lives an hour, the refresh token is replaced on every use, and a stolen one used again ends the whole connection.
  • When somebody leaves the company, their assistant loses access along with their browser sign-in.

Sign-in follows the MCP 2025-11-25 authorization specification: OAuth 2.1, mandatory PKCE (S256), protected resource metadata (RFC 9728), dynamic client registration (RFC 7591) and resource indicators (RFC 8707). Specification · Developers

Common questions

Which Claude and ChatGPT plans does it work with?

Anthropic's documentation (2026-10-14) says a custom connector by URL can be added on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans, with one on Free. The OpenAI developer documentation we read does not name plans: account and workspace policies decide, so check in ChatGPT or with your workspace administrator.

Do I need an API key?

No. Claude and ChatGPT sign in with OAuth, with your own account. An API key is for machine integrations and reads the whole company; a personal assistant should sign in as a person.

Which company does it use if I work at several?

The one you choose on the consent screen. Connect again for another company.

What can it not do?

It does not send email, issue invoices or delete anything. Company-wide forecasts are only available to an API key, because they do not follow your own permissions.
