Migrating from HubSpot
HubSpot's contact export uses property labels as headers. The default English labels are below; most map themselves.
The export, step by step

HubSpot: Contacts → Contacts → Export (top of the list) → File format: CSV, All properties or the view's columns.

The export arrives as a link by email; download and unzip it.

Here: Contacts → Import.
Which column goes where
HubSpot exports property labels, not internal names, so a renamed property arrives under a different header. An All properties export has many columns — leave what you do not need on Skip in the mapping step.

What the file does not carry
A CSV carries contacts, not history. What is listed here will not be there after the import — better known now.
- Deals, Tickets and Companies are separate exports. Companies come with the contacts (Company Name); deals go through the API or by hand.
- Workflows cannot be exported; the four automation recipes and the builder are the starting point here.
- Marketing email templates can be brought over as HTML: Templates → New → HTML mode.
Common questions
What about HubSpot's consent data?
The CSV does not carry when and where consent was given. If the basis is arguable, ask for double opt-in through a form before the first campaign — the person's own click is the strongest evidence.
