Migrating from MiniCRM.hu
MiniCRM.hu exports contacts as CSV; here, Contacts → Import takes them. Their column names depend on how your modules' fields are set up, so the table below shows the typical names rather than a fixed schema — the importer recognises Hungarian and English headers on its own, and you map the rest.
The export, step by step

In MiniCRM.hu, open the module whose contacts you are moving and export the list view as CSV. If you have several modules, export per module — you will import them per module here too.

Open the file and look at the header row: this is what you will see in the mapping step. Accented headers and a semicolon delimiter are fine.

Which column goes where
The source column names are examples: MiniCRM.hu lets you rename fields, so yours may differ. Whatever does not map itself, you assign in the mapping step.

What the file does not carry
A CSV carries contacts, not history. What is listed here will not be there after the import — better known now.
- Deals and their stage history do not travel in the contact CSV. Export deals separately and enter them through the REST API or by hand — the history cannot be moved.
- Correspondence: connect your mailbox, and incoming mail files itself from then on. Old mail stays in the old system.
- Invoices stay in the system that issued them; your Számlázz.hu or Billingo account is unchanged, you simply issue from here from now on.
Common questions
Will contacts duplicate if I run it twice?
Not for rows with an email: the address is unique within the company, so a second run updates the existing record. Rows without one are created again — the Duplicates page offers them for merging on phone or name + company.
What about unsubscribed people?
If the file's newsletter column says no, the contact is not subscribed. If they unsubscribed here before, the suppression list outranks the file.
