Migrating from Pipedrive
Pipedrive exports People and Organizations separately. The People export carries the organisation's name, so one file is enough for contacts and companies.
The export, step by step

Pipedrive: Contacts → People → the list view's three-dot menu → Export → CSV.

The export contains the view's columns — add email, phone and organization to the view before exporting.

Here: Contacts → Import.
Which column goes where
The names below are Pipedrive's default English field labels; an account set to another language exports them translated.

What the file does not carry
A CSV carries contacts, not history. What is listed here will not be there after the import — better known now.
- The Deals export is a separate file. Move deals through the API (POST /api/v1/contacts for contacts, then the MCP create_deal tool or by hand); stage history cannot be moved.
- Activities and mail stay behind. From the moment you connect the mailbox, new correspondence files itself.

Can Pipedrive's stages be mapped?
After picking a module template, rename the stages to your Pipedrive names — order and probability are yours to set.
