Shop and till

Web shop, till and courier — on one stock

The web shop, the counter till and connected stores share one product and stock register. Stock is a counter explained by a ledger, so every unit can be accounted for.

Variants and a stock ledger

Size, colour and the like, up to three options; every combination has its own SKU, price and stock. Every movement — sale, cancellation, stocktake, receipt — goes in the ledger, and a typed stock figure is recorded as a stocktake difference.

Counter till

Receipts paid in cash, by card, gift card or loyalty points; shifts opened and closed with a counted variance that posts into the cash book. A double click never prints two receipts.

Gift cards and loyalty

A gift card is a payment, not a discount, so it never lowers the VAT base; it can be sold online, and two purchases at once cannot spend one card twice. Loyalty points earned on purchases, redeemed at the till.

What the buyer sees

A page per product, reviews with photos, a wishlist, a back-in-stock alert, recently viewed products, a customer account with sign-in by email link, and one reminder about an abandoned cart — only for somebody who asked for it.

Courier labels: GLS, Foxpost, Packeta, MPL (Magyar Posta), DPD

The label is made from the order and stored, the tracking link goes into the buyer's email, and the order moves with its parcel. Requests match the couriers' published documentation (DPD's was withdrawn, so it is marked unverified); without credentials it is a dry run that says so.

Purchasing and existing stores

Orders to suppliers, receiving into stock, reorder suggestions. A signed order from WooCommerce, Shopify, ShopRenter or UNAS arrives on one endpoint, and one order number stays one contact and one deal however often the store retries.

Common questions

Do I need the website module?

For your own web shop, yes; for the till and connected stores, no. Products, stock and orders live in one place whichever channel the sale comes through.

Does it print fiscal receipts?

The till issues its own numbered receipts (NYG-) and an invoice from a receipt on request. We do not claim it talks to a NAV-connected online cash register.
