Who works here, who is away, and what happens to their work

Employment details on the membership: department, title, manager, hours, start date and leave entitlement. Leave requests and approvals counted against Hungarian public holidays and moved working days. And a departure that actually revokes access.

The directory

Department, job title, manager, weekly hours, start date, leave entitlement — on the same row that says what they may see. Somebody who left is not deleted: their deals, invoices and audit entries point at them, and the directory badges them as departed.

Leave, approved by somebody else

Request, approve or reject — nobody decides their own, administrators included. One person cannot be on two approved absences at once, and the database holds that rather than a screen: two managers approving in the same instant get an "overlap" answer, not two absences.

Hungarian holidays, computed

Good Friday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday from the Easter formula, the fixed days from the calendar — not a list that goes stale every January. Moved working days, decided by decree each year, are entered by an administrator; working days are counted when the request is made and stored, so a later calendar edit cannot rewrite how much leave somebody took.

On the calendar, where the decision gets made

Approved leave shows on the shared calendar, because that is where somebody finds out who is free for Tuesday's meeting. A pending request does not — it is not yet a fact about next Tuesday.

A departure that revokes

Entering the last day revokes access from the day after — somebody leaving on Friday can finish Friday. Nobody records their own departure, and nobody can record the owner's: both would be self-lockout.

Handing over open work

A leaver's open deals, tasks, quotes and records move to somebody still here, in one step and one transaction. Only the open ones — a deal won last year stays with whoever won it, or the reports would lie.

Common questions

Is this an HR system?

No, and it does not try to be: no payroll, no contract archive. It holds what a company running on a CRM needs day to day — who works here, who is away, whose work is whose.

What happens to a leaver's records?

Nothing. The membership row survives so that "who won this deal" stays answerable. Open work is handed over; closed work stays with whoever closed it.

See it before you pay for it

14 days, no card. If it doesn't suit you, export everything and leave — the data stays yours.
