Funnel and conversion

Reports and forecasting
Funnel and conversion per stage, a weighted forecast, cash flow from three separate sources, receivables ageing, and the deals stalled against their own stage's median. Every number respects the same scope the screens do.

Invoiced: a debt somebody will pay. Contracted: a recurring schedule that will issue. Weighted: the pipeline times each stage's probability — a guess. Added into one number they invite a decision none of them supports, so they stay in separate columns. An overdue invoice is bucketed into this month, because that is when it can still be collected.
Not yet due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days. A storno is excluded — a reversal is not a payment. Per currency, because an EUR and a HUF invoice do not sum to one number.
A week in "Contacted" is normal, a week in "Contract sent" is not. Every deal is compared with its own stage's median — median, not mean, because one deal forgotten for two years would make every stage look bad.
A daily, weekly or monthly summary, set from your profile. Built per recipient through the same access every screen uses — two people in one company get different numbers, and an email cannot become a way round the record scope.
The MCP endpoint hands the same analyses to an AI assistant: pipeline summary, cash-flow forecast, ageing, stalled deals. Cash flow returns the three sources apart with a note that they are not equally certain — a model handed one number would present it as a forecast.

They filter by module, owner and period, and lists export to CSV with the view's filters. There is no custom report builder; anything beyond that is reached through the API or MCP.
Each stage has a probability in the module's settings; the deal's value times that lands in the month you expect it to close. It is a guess, and the chart draws it as one.
