Accounting office
An accounting office: clients, deadlines, monthly fees
A contract and a monthly fee per client that drafts its own invoice every month, deadlines as tasks, questions as tickets, and a knowledge base the website chatbot answers from.
A day in the system
- 1
Monthly fee
A subscription per client: one draft invoice for each month that falls due, on its anchor day.
- 2
Deadlines
Recurring tasks with an owner; the calendar shows who is away when.
- 3
Client questions
Mail to the support box becomes a ticket with a promised response time; the client sees theirs in a portal.
- 4
Extra work
Anything beyond the fee is logged in hours and billed.

Common questions
Is this accounting software?
No. There is an accounting journal, bank and a cash book, and the monthly accountant's export, but returns are made in your accounting software. Invoices are reported to NAV by Számlázz.hu or Billingo.
