Shared inbox
Incoming mail as conversations — who it is from, who answers it — tied to the contact. Mail that became a ticket is answered in the helpdesk.
What you can do with it on Monday
- 1
The company mailbox's incoming mail as conversations, in one place.
- 2
A message becomes somebody's — not four people answering the same one; mail that became a ticket lives in the helpdesk.
- 3
The reply stays on the contact's timeline, not in somebody's private folder.

- MailboxesInbound IMAP sync — the info@ and sales@ mailboxes landing in the CRM.
- Knowledge baseWhat the company knows: internal and public articles, also from the website's pages, FAQs and help articles. The AI assistant, the chat page and website chatbots and the phone receptionist answer from it.
- BookingsBookable services, opening hours, what lands in the calendar — and a draft invoice for a completed visit.
Common questions
What happens to my data if I switch Shared inbox off?
Its screens leave the menu and its addresses stop opening, but nothing is deleted: switch it back on and everything is where you left it.
Can I try it?
Yes. It is a paid module, but from the Free plan you can try it for 3 days on your own data, once — or every module at once with the 14-day trial. Neither needs a card.
Does it need another module?
Yes: it cannot work without Mailboxes, so switching it on switches that on too.
Start free, pay for what you need
The core CRM is free for good, with no card; you can try every paid module for 14 days. If it doesn't suit you, export everything and leave — the data stays yours.
