Mailboxes
Inbound IMAP sync — the info@ and sales@ mailboxes landing in the CRM.
What you can do with it on Monday
- 1
Mail to info@ and sales@ arrives in the CRM by itself.
- 2
An incoming message shows on its sender's contact, not only on somebody's laptop.
- 3
Decide per mailbox whether its mail opens tickets.

- Shared inboxIncoming mail as conversations — who it is from, who answers it — tied to the contact. Mail that became a ticket is answered in the helpdesk.
- MessagesWhatsApp, Viber and Messenger conversations in one place, linkable to a contact and with an assignee who is told about each new message.
- Knowledge baseWhat the company knows: internal and public articles, also from the website's pages, FAQs and help articles. The AI assistant, the chat page and website chatbots and the phone receptionist answer from it.
- BookingsBookable services, opening hours, what lands in the calendar — and a draft invoice for a completed visit.
